Captain Shatterskull

A legendary fearsome pirate captain, the nemesis of Alberto Mercachifle and an inspiration for the founding captains of The Democratic Council of the Skull Sea. Supposedly he is buried with his treasure, the greatest hoard any pirate has ever assembled, somewhere in The Sea of Skulls. His name comes from his preferred method of dispatching his enemies.
