Grahm is easily the scariest Elected Crown Representative of the bunch. A titan sized warforged that has been built of the finest plate metal and modelled on Proto's neverending search to be as strong as he could possibly be.
He is not the wisest or most cunning representative but his importance in the war for the Protection Act cannot be understated.
