Gromm the Smith

Gromm the Smith is an orc blacksmith working for the Utrunks clan who prides himself on being a trainer of leaders and chiefs; earning him a reputation for being a prick across the clan, with many of the utrunk orcs not even noticing or missing him when he is gone and with him claiming several orcs have tried to kill him at some point in his life.
In his interactions with Thordak and the party, Gromm proved his credentials as an abusive and rude mannered trainer of Thordak (notably putting the barbarian through rigorous, exhausting and cruel training and verbally assaulting Olympia and Fen for being 'weak').
Gromm refused to go with the rest of the Utrunk clan to Wakefield  and instead tried to walk there himself only to be knocked unconscious by Thordak and forcefully teleportd there.
