Wakefield

The poor lads of Wakefield... they're the true victims of progress.

Wakefield is a settlement with a sole focus. Their factories synthesise ores and infuse them with magical energy. It is so integral to the fast growth of Alturis that it has become a space that none leave and are so shackled by a non-existent education, the industrial nobles based there and their own lack of funds (they are given worker tokens instead for food and survival). All from the age of 7-death work the factories of Wakefield and those that escape become wanted criminals.
It is also a prison for Aist mages who are forced into dimensional shackles and anti-magic collars.
The only other presence in this city is that of The Crownsguard who defend the space in heavy numbers due to how heavy a loss Wakefield would be.
The current delegate in charge of Wakefield is Helmed Crown Batten-Willsh.
At this current moment in the campaign Wakefield currently has the following key members, roles and buildings:

• The library of Wakefield: Helmed by Bazzle Strum-Strum and containing his incredible collection of books and knowledge, the library is based at the former manor of the ruler of the town, Batten-Willsh who was killed by Persicorum and replaced by Ardeth.
• The chapel of the caged gods: Used as a rebuilt place of worship for the people of Wakefield after Ardeth consecrated the land, the chapel is being rebuilt and improved upon to act as both a place of worship and a place of hope for the people of Wakefield and, maybe one day, all of Alturis.
• The factory district: One of the largest factory spaces in all of Alturis, it is now controlled by Ardeth but, for now, has been left mostly abandoned due to Ardeth and Bazzle instead choosing to free the people from their roles as labourers and so the factorys have become cold and unused.
• The Talented and Shivara The Shine: A primary force in Wakefield are the Talented goblins (generally childish and feral but exceptionally protective creatures and VERY dangerous fighters due to their psionic skill and speed) and their mother the ancient crystal dragon known as Shivara.
• The Petals and Daedric Marx: Recently sent there by Persicorum, the petals have become a primary scout group and the monsk have started to swell with numbers thansk to the amount of youth in Wakefield looking to learn the art of peace and tranquility... with Daedric Marx's spin on it.
