Herald Journalist Ilkios

Ilkios is a rather soft and portly journalist for the herald. He is relaxed and regularly smokes a pipe, though, despitre his relaxed and occassionally slovenly demeanour he is a keen reporter and is especially adept at using local rumours and people to work out how best to search for news and headlines in the area.
He was recently offering lifts to individuals moving through the Turtle Lake area in the hope they would reveal rumour in the area... he decided to further investigate the Monastery of Flowers, seeing demand in news originating from there and being told about how interesting it was by Kodo.
Ilkios occassionally tells too much news and has been accused of being cynical over how 'boring' the tensions between the aist states and The Elected Crown of Alturis. have become but he is a reliable reporter and generally knows much of what goes on in Alturis.
