Inquisitor Jaxos was an Apex Inquisitor who was assigned by The Elected Crown of Alturis. to protect The Hook and Knife Foundation. He was present during Persicorum's attack on the laboratory in their attempt to save Bazzle Strum-Strum. Jaxos was a large and heavily built muscular human who dual wielded longswords and had a grim expression until he was fighting, where he would become far more excited at the prospect of hunting Aist Mages. Jaxos was a former apprentice and Inquisitor who worked for Xan Prayerkeep and so was well placed to focus on Fenbalar as well as use his knowledge of Magus Erolith Undergaige to taunt the young Elven wizard. Jaxos controlled a single Masked Brigade member named Nash who he regularly beat and abused to ensure Nash would kill on command and without question. Jaxos was killed in the assault on the factory and his soul was stored in Fen's Grimoire of Envy. Jaxos is the first Inquisitor to have been slain by Persicorum, his death also freed Nash of their torturous mind control.
