Lancel Barbarios

Lancel Barbarios is an Aist Mage Necromancer who is currently roaming the city of Eastbourne having escaped his execution as he stood on the gallows. Lancel is a half-Elf with dark, handsome features and black robes. Lancel has been implied to be insane several times as the party have investigated him amid claims he speaks to his spellbook (though the party learned that this was due to the fact he was a member of The Grimoires though they do not have more information on his exact abilities). Lancel has been staying in Eastbourne as he hopes to amass a force of undead to directly assault the elected ruler of the city Imbros Verity due to a deep hatred he holds for the ruler of the city.
