While The Dread King army's assaulted the bastion and the Umbral in the finale of his domination, 4 days before the true victory Imbros Verity and Lyon Profane decided to take the fight to the hordes one final time. They organised the last of the hunters and spent 4 days pushing at and assaulting the hordes of the dread king. Pushing them further and further north and stopping them in thier tracks as they attempted to move south and assist in the destruction of the Bastion.
On the 4th day, at the death of the dread king. Lyon and Imbros were all that remained.
It is rumoured neither of them have psychologically recovered from the events of that battle as they fought on a hill of their own dead against the endless hordes.
