The Pirate King

A Wood Elf of unnatural build and height, their skin is an unnatural blue after they reached out and made a pact with a primordial sea creature... rumour has it they dove into the sea and returned 4 months later with blue features, an intimidating disposition and a deep blue blade. The pirate king rules Umala with an iron fist and has done so for 30 years. Nothing is known of their past though... not even their name... The Pirate King stands at roughly 6'7" and wears basic pirates clothing. Notably, they also wear a helmeted mask that they do not take off. Any who have claimed to see beneath their mask are either extremely trusted and close friends and ally's or those who have not lived to tell the tale of it. The Pirate king very rarely leaves Umala but, when they do, they go aboard their ship 'The Mist's Tears', a deep grey ship with a coloration that seems to shift and change against the Umala coast night mists and offer it a silent camouflage. The Pirate king themselves is a deadly foe with a blade, especially their unique vibrant blue cutlass. They also make use of a skill with arcane magic and it is unknown as to whether they are a Aist mage or not as not many inquisitors have expressed a desire to work within the lawless town of Umala and attempt to root out the doubtless many issues there.
