The Shifting Tower

The Prison of Eastbourne and much of northern Alturis. This tower doesn't seem incredibly large at first, but individuals that go inside are led into a pocket dimension maze that none can hope of escaping until their sentence is fulfilled. It is an impervious fortress befitting of it's magical owner, the elected ruler of Eastbourne.
