The Talented

The Talented are a group of individuals in Wakefield  who were created by The Hook and Knife Foundation as a way to enhance and empower humanoids to have power over psionics and draconic skill.
Mimsi, a member of the party Persicorum, learned that they had been a member of the talented since birth.
The Talented channel a power from something called 'Scales' that were derived from an unnamed source to give them unique psionic abilities and expertise, despite the flaws that follow them.
The Talented were freed and protected by Persicorum and have since also been taken by the matriarchal dragon Shivra the Shine.
Talented goblins share the traits of being exceptionally powerful in combat and having incredible speed and teleportation skills (though this is with the exception of Bazzle who did not have the teleportation skills of others but was instead able to channel his magic into pacts, deals and summoning of items) whilst also having a playful and mischievous manner about them.
