The Thin Man is a creature of the Feywild and one of 'The 4'. One of the beings that are corporeal and capable of spellcasting in the Feywild. 
The Thin Man seems to not be an entirely malevolent force despite it's strange silence, weird behaviours and odd physiology. Notably, the being can be summoned by standing upon a tall space and looking down where he awaits you, facing the base of whatever you have climbed in complete silence.
The Thin Man is strange as they are both a part of the Feywild and not a part of it. Unable to meaningfully physically interact with things, the creature transports that which it 'likes' or 'finds interesting' within their form and is capable of making fey bargains. It speaks with a constant predatory hunger and is difficult to discern the features of even when closely inspected.
Once interacted with in a safe environment, the Thin Man expresses an almost childlike temperament at times to offset their otherwise incredibly adult nature.
The Thin Man fears Proto and Dashilla the Dark Queen and avoids them to avoid being consumed as a being of magic. 
The Thin Man despises the Grimoire of the Deal Maker for reasons unknown to Persicorum.

Special abilities

The Thin man is a fey revenant suffused with the mists and sentience of the feywild. They are capable of transporting and moving along the mists as a form of teleportation and transportation. 
The thin man also has an amorphous form that can grow to cover hundreds of feet though they cannot physically impact much of the world. 
The thin man holds a demiplane within them for transporting large quantities of people that they can eject at will.Whilst within the thin man an individual is in a lucid and conscious state but is kept in a suspended darkness and animation.
