Xatannah's Gifts is a fortune teller and magic shop in Blackstone that deals in spell scrolls that the owner has claimed to 'find'... however, the owner has far more passion for prophecy and fortune telling. 
When Persicorum visited Xatannah's Gifts, they received in-depth and unique prophecies linked to their own lives, as well as being allowed to draw from a magical deck of cards that offered the party a variety of unique gifts (the deck was a deck of many things and the party got VERY lucky). These prophecies unsettled the party but, soon after, (thanks to Kodo's clever insight) the party realised that Xatannah and her 'assistant' were actually Mary and Sue in disguise and playing the part of Xatannah in the store as a new start for them. 
Persicorum immediately made use of Mary and Sue's offer of hospitality for them and caught up as Fen purchased some of their many scrolls available.
