Alexandra Petrou is a High Praeticator and a member of the Council of the High Praeticators. She is the leader of the "opposition" within the Council of the High Praeticators, and has been since the Council's inception in 314. She argues and enforces the other Council members to provide evidence and reason for the decisions being made. This does not mean that she isn't as devout or helpful for the populous, she is in fact one of the most knowledgable and faithful.

Alexandra Petrou migrated to Provecta, in 65 A.I. after hearing about the Twin Gods Plyy, and became an extermely devout follower and believer. Over the more than 500 years on land, her wood-like skin has grown and sprouted far beyond what is normal for a Lypho'noren'paioren.
