Garashi Theocracy

Founded by Sata Garashi, Garashi Theocracy is a state with absolute power held by the current God-Emporer, whose goal was to propegate the ability to harness magic, as well as furthering the understanding and knowledge of these latent magical powers.
After roughly 34 generations, a schism amongst the Ascended would break out causing the collapse of the Theocracy, splintering into 22 different states of varying size and political and militaristic power.
