Grand Mayor

The Grand Mayor title is bestowed upon the leading person in a settlement on Alvunne. Mostly this only applies to smaller settlements like villages and small towns. Grand Mayors have to be elected and have to be official & at least third-generation citizens of the city-state the village is located in.
For example, the Grand Mayor of Pervalme is a citizen of the Ellipereos city-state.
