The center of the Ashen Kingdom, and the Citadel of the Phoenix. Originally a massive library/store of information and research, and the main storage area for the Luminary Archive Society. This is the location of the Phoenix's residences and labs. This is where Sam was confronted by Farron, and their cataclysmic battle began.
