Sphericon

The Sphericon is an extremely avanced arcatech device made of one of the most complex arcanic matrixes ever designed and the great Ivultisian technology, making it the most efficient power source ever designed. Created by Val Mortan and Madiil Cargadan at the Ivultisian School of Magical Engineering, it has so far only ever been made once, and the project alone costed more than the budget of an entire region.
