The Party go magic item shopping

Financial Event

After leaving the Town Hall and Council Chambers, Cameo inquires about gathering magical items for their quest and casts their mind to think of where they can find cheap magical items, eventually settling on "Balver's Corner," which runs up along the town walls, just south of the main gate. They head over there and find the small ramshackle hut, as Cameo and Ruben head inside. Cameo tries to convince the shopkeeper, a dwarf named Balver Caskarmour, to sponsor the party with a loan of magical items, which he immediately declines, though he does offer a small discount. Ruben sells his spell scrolls to Balver, who gives him 180gp for them, at which point Cameo and Ruben begin foaming at the mouth. They decide to split the newfound wealth between themselves and head back outside with the rest of the party. Before they leave, Balver does say he would be more than willing to purchase monster parts if they find themselves gathering any, to which Cameo and Ruben agree. The party regroup in the small alley outside.
