Morco
A faery spirit of strength, familial loyalty, and poetic inspiration, Morco cares little for the intricacies of the Seelie and Unseelie courts, the conflicts between Huldra and Humans, or any other heady matters. To the Great Bear, there is Strength, Loyalty, and Creativity. A ponderous, massive bear with white fur and bright red eyes, Morco dwells in the The Otherworld. His home is surrounded by tall trees, shallow caves, and the constant buzz of honey bees.
Aside from strength, Morco is fiercely protective of family, both his own and others. He lends his might to those guarding children from harm or protecting a sibling or parent. When he deigns to speak, he speaks slowly, and often struggles to find the right word for his ponderous thoughts.
Those who meet Morco should expect to be tested. If they fear themselves too weak, let them ply the Great Bear with jokes, poems, and stories, for the honey he so craves is also a font of poetic inspiration. If you can't impress him with a mighty feat, make him laugh with a clever joke.
