Tomala Swiftsword

Tomala Swiftsword is the Constable of Bur Riding and Castellan of Salines.  She is from a noble, half-elven family from the north, rather than being a local.  The position of Constable is a Royal appointment (albeit an incredibly minor one) and she was appointed to this role after a successful career as an officer in The King's Company.  She is a dedicated and driven woman, determined to keep Bur Riding safe, the militias well drilled, and move on from this to a more senior rank.  She is also widely disliked, especially among members of the militia who she forces to drill and practice.
