Session 2

General Summary

A continuation of the first day in the prison.
Elni spoke with librarian Esther Minsken and asked to work in the library. Esther promised to put in a request and was willing to provide writing supplies.
Lockdown took place after 4-5PM dinner, at which time the inmates were all counted.
Gweneandra Yreneiros (Gwen) visited and informed the inmates that Alexandria Gaeralagos's request to work at the infirmary had already been denied by the warden, and that they were all supposed to work at the mines the next day.
After being released from lockdown and evening count, Valery Calliou found out that there was an inmate fighting ring that apparently takes place roughly weekly. It's not only allowed by the guards but actually run by the head guard, Laurok Lonecaller.
After witnessing a fight were Shoza Ragash absolutely trashed a human man, Alex and Hiram Snolti Shaw fought a monk named Nayoni who knocked Hiram out and seemed to immediately regret it. The monk stopped the battle and healed Hiram, then refused healing help from Val afterwards.
The following morning, Valery Calliou, Alexandria Gaeralagos, Hiram Snolti Shaw, along with Elni Longwind, were assigned to a particular mining tunnel and given pickaxes. They were told they were mining ossilite, a mineral none of them had ever heard of, which was clearly very soft for a rock and somewhat magical, as it would sometimes glow when struck particularly hard.
While mining, they were attacked by two darkmantles, which were easily dispatched. The mining supervisor, Filumir Longboot gave them one gold for each darkmantle, which broke down to five silver per person. All in Commissary credits, of course.
