Population Count: 135 (-12; 9 villagers and 3 undead spies)
Major Deaths: Ausk Gilpin was killed during the rampage of the two loose spies.
- Farmland Destroyed: The Farm was raised just before harvesting season. As such, the towns granary supply will not be refilled before the winter. The current supplies are sufficient to feed the town for ~1.75 months. Additional food sources will be needed for the town to survive the winter, and long term survival will only be possible in reclaiming the farmland before planting season in the spring. Furthermore, the final knowledgable farmer of the village was killed during the rampage of the undead spies.
- Reducing the number of zombies could provide further food opportunities.
Limited Housing: The Depths Delvers iron mine has space for all unhoused inhabitants. Conditions are not fantastic and morale is likely to drop if improments or other housing options are not found.- Limited Supplies: Kumira Su is unable to gather herbalogy supplies from the forest.
- Martial Law: In the absense of the party, Pelivar Penington has deputized six miners to assist with "enforcing law and order" within the town.
- Smashed Shield Stone: The shield stone was destroyed by an undead spy. The blight fence has failed. While the blight showed no signs of spreading when the party left, it is unknown how long it will take.
Notes
Magic Items
The party is at a level where magical items are going to start being relevant. In PF2E most armor and weapon enchantments are going to come from runes. Runes can be added to your weapons by paying someone capable of Crafting and Magical Item Crafting. They can also be transferred from runestones to a weapon. This also requires Crafting and Magical Item Crafting, but does not incur a cost (if getting someone else to do it, they might charge a small fee). There are two types of runes: Fundamental and PropertyWeapon Runes
Fundamental
- Weapon Potency Rune : Adds an item bonus equal to the rune level to all attack rolls with the weapon to a max of +3. Additionally, the weapon can be enchanted with a number of property runes equal to the bonus. The name of the magical item will always include the weapon potency value. For example, the handwraps found and carried by Kelmina are +1 Handrwaps of Mighty Blows (this could also be written Handwraps of Mighty Blows (+1). This means that they are handwraps with one weapon potency rune engraved. As they have one potency rune, one weapon property rune could be engraved (but currently isn't).
- Striking Rune : A special type of weapon fundamental rune. This rune increases the weapon damage dice it deals to two instead of one. A greater striking rune deals three weapon damage dice and a major striking rune deals four damage dice. As this is a type of fundamental rune, it does not count against the number of property runes that can be added to the weapon. The name of the weapon will always include Striking if this rune is added. For example, if a striking rune was added to Kelmina's handwraps, they would be either +1 Striking Handwraps of Mighty Blows or Handwraps of Mighty Blows (+1 Striking).
Property
Way too many to list. Some random examples from the list:- Fanged: By putting a fanged weapon in your mouth, you can transform into an animal.
- Returning: When you make a thrown Strike with this weapon, it flies back to your hand after the Strike is complete.
Armor Runes
Fundamental
- Armor Potency Rune : Increases item bonus to AC by the value of the rune to a maximum of +3. Change to the name of the armor is the same as for weapons. Also limits maximum nubmer of property runes the same way.
- Resiliant Rune : Increases item bonus to saving throws by the value of the rune to a maximum of +3. Similar to striking runes, they name of the item will gain either Resilient, Greater Resilient, or Major Resilient, depending on the bonus. As this is a type of fundamental rune, it does not count against the number of property runes the armor may have.
Property
Way too many to list. Some random examples from the list:- Soaring: You cast feather fall on a yourself or a creature within 60 feet of you that is falling. Also adds a +10-foot item bonus to your Fly Speed if you have one.
- Implacable: Whenever you are affected by an effect that lasts until you Escape (for instance, from the Grapple action or a tanglefoot bag), you become quickened. You can use the extra action each round only to Step or Escape.
