Dar'Gul
Dar'Gul is a collection of mountain ranges that are populated by dwarves and halflings. They are the primary rivals of the Samael Empire, and much of the Empire's progress has been halted by pressure from the dwarven kings.

Dar'Gul has several hereditary kings that each oversee a portion of the country. They form a council of their own, and collaborate on any issue that requires more than one king's power.
