The warehouse in the headquarters is used for no purpose. However, it is here because the warehouse's purpose is to act as somwhere to store whatever and as a place where people can fly into the warehourse via the open doorway and leave their animal-pulled carriage. Most can teleport in here. Again, it is usually empty.
