Ceta
Ceta is the head librarian for the Tinimul Council's library and is herself a member of the council. She has a long-simmering rivalry with Deld, the mage in charge of overseeing the creation of the Wandering Merchant's Guild's communications crystals, because Deld often interferes with the management of the library.
