Garthang Mountains

The Garthang Mountains are the largest of the inhabitated mountain ranges on the continent. Located in the northwest, these mountains are noted for their extremely cold climate and height. Only the bravest and strongest dare to explore them, let alone live in or on them. They are the ancient homeland of the Garthang orcs , who hold the range as a holy ground as well. The value found in the mountain in terms of minerals, stones, gems, metals, and it's natural fortification and habitable environment has caused many conflicts to arise over the years, especially between dwarven miners and orcs.
