They are terrible at stealth for despite being unable to make any kind of vocal noise they have loud footfalls.

These highly expensive golems are tightly regulated by many nations, for they worry about their use in rebellions. As a result most only allow them to be owned by the government, though some exceptions have been made for the rich.
