Glacier Bay
Initially founded to be a safe-haven for nobility and influential figures, Glacier Bay was settled on the northern shore of Frozenflow Lake in 7a 1311. The settlement quite rapidly fell apart due to poorly envisioned infrastructure, and was eventually changed from a noble's paradise to a place of relaxation for all in the Kingdom.
Demographics
The permanent population in Glacier Bay are all merchants and land owners of some sort - tending to their rental cabins and cottages, building new sites, and offering basic goods during the off-season in winter.
Government
The governmental body of Glacier Bay is a simple ambassador who works between the hamlet and the council in Acaron.
Tourism
Forested hills with views of the lake are common in Glacier Bay, and their economy is entirely stimulated by the tourism that the cottages and cabins bring in. A quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to be sure.
