Asmodeus

Asmodeus is the evil god of tyranny, domination and sin. He is the King of Hell, ruling the Nine Hells of Baator, the the Duke of the Ninth, Nessus. Amsodeus know as the Lord of Lies, the Prince of Plots, Old Hoof and Horn, as well as many other is said to be among the oldest beings in the multiverse. He is a primal embodiment of Lawful Evil and a supreme strategist of unparalleled skill. His sinister machinations could take centuries, if not millennia, to come to fruition, and his master plans extended across the entire multiverse. His labyrinthine, insidious intrigues could seem inexplicable to most outside observers, for Asmodeus let even his own servants stew in fear of his next move.   No one is quite sure of the origins of Asmodeus, for he has multiple stories attributed to his origin. One attributes him to being the Serpent of Law from the dawn times, another tells of a Pact Primeval he tricked the gods with, and another decribes the Betrayal of an Unknown God so that Asmodeus could take power. Asmodeus does not clarify his origins for all perceptions benifit him.   Asmodeus deals in the business of souls. He plots to rule the multiverse. Where Avernus, the first layer of the Nine Hells, is the frontline for the Blood War. His Souls fuel the armies repeling the forces of the Abyss. But with all the planes as his board, the Lord of Lies maneuveres the forces of evil like chess pieces in his grand designs, slowly and subtly manipulating everyone from deities to, when needed, lowly mortals.
