First War

The First War was a conflict that began in the year 99 AB when Atlas' creation of Thonic threatened the dominance of An Worship over the Artificial World. The conflict began when Caeledonia began a campaign of terror across the Artificial World, visiting plagues and destruction upon the inhabitants until all mortals besides those allied with Atlantis and the resolutely peaceful people of Pacifica were aligned with An. Caeledonia then took position directly above Atlantis and An began bombarding the city with meteors from above while the combined forces of the subjugated mortals and the An-El assaulted the city from the ground. With certain doom awaiting Atlantis, The Two, Atlas and Eyevie, and the Titans performed a ritual known as The Sealing. The Sealing trapped An within the Apotheosium, his personal demiplane. The massive energy required to power the ritual severely weakened The Two and Petrified the Titans.
