Grand General Zennab
Cervan Zennab is a male Kenjodan with black fur and brown stripes, and clearly visible are cybernetics replacing most of the right side of his body. He speaks with a gravelly southern Fevarian accent, which he will sometimes accentuate to come off more intimidating. Zennab is gruff and to the point, often coming off as rude.
Cervan Zennab was born in the Abran system, and lived on board a small space station for a large section of his childhood. Though there is surprisingly little record of his exploits during this time, it is known that after high school he moved to Fevaria Station for university and graduated the top of his class. His entrance into the marine officer's school brought to light his more rebellious side and he recieved disciplinary warnings on several occasions during his training.
It is during prospective final month of training that he was involved in the 'Ripper Incident' during which his carelessness and insubordination led to the tragic deaths of two younger enlisted marines. Zennab was slated to be dishonorably discharged, but after his appeal to the training commanders, they reported a drastic shift in his demeanor and begrudgingly granted him a second chance. After repeating officer's school all over again, he graduated with distinction.
Cervan Zennab was promoted to General just before the Battle of Kuatio in the Fourth T'Kiri-Fevarian War, during which he commanded the 21st Marine Corps Division and the famous 105th Marine Special Forces Battalion. During this war he suffered several grievous injuries but insisted he continue to command his soldiers whenever he was conscious. After the fall of Kuatio, he had suffered another devastating hit from T'Kiri plasma artillery and recieved cybernetic replacement body parts for his left arm, left leg, hips, and left shoulder. In addition his lungs and intestines were replaced with biotech analogs due to the internal damage he had sustained.
Zennab requested his retirement after the end of the Fourth T'Kiri-Fevarian War, and was discharged with full honors. He then spent the next 8 years on an extended journey of self-reflection during which he toured Fevaria, Yarmoria, Sathoria, Xanova, and the Aeon Federation.
In the year 160 GE, Cervan Zennab returned to Fevaria Station and asked President Cal J'Khanna directly to re-instate him as a general in the Fevarian Marine Corps. This request was granted, and to show gratitude for his sacrifices, President J'Khanna promoted him to the venerated position of Grand General. After his re-entry into the military he became surprisingly fast friends with one Grand Admiral Tusik and when possible they collaborated on and off-duty. It is a popular public speculation that Zennab and Tusik may also be romantically involved, judging on the fact that Zennab and Tusik both never married or dated and had previously indicated towards their bisexuality. Officially however, these claims have been denied or deflected and Zennab has clearly stated that his commitment is first and foremost to his work in the Marine Corps.
