Phylus Vylena
An experienced smuggler with a lithe, but muscular frame. Phylus is a Lozaveta with dark blue coloring, transitioning into cyan by the edges. Phylus is a somewhat sarcastic yet caring man who has learned to mostly put the needs of others before himself.
