Albert Stubblebine
This is a dwarven scribe that Rakia was to meet in Wycliffe. Albert was detained elsewhere at the time, so Rakia was instructed to search out Vallian Ironshelf in Troll Fjord.
It is 860 miles to Troll Fjord from Wycliffe. At 24 miles per day, it would take at least 36 days to travel that far by foot. Rakia arrived in Hanuman on April 16th, 102 PH, so he would have been in Wycliffe prior to March 10th.
