Hisoam

This verdant area had fertile lands for crops and prairie, plentiful woods for timber and fruit production, and easy access to hilly areas for mining. With the decline of the Solchan Empire, most non-humans were driven out or forced to flee at the hand of Ugarran patrols. Many Solchan took refuge in the deep woods and higher peaks, with some fleeing underground in the network of Verga-dug mines. Sages feel that the Tarchan evolved from these darkness-seeking Klezan refugees.

Perhaps because of the many Ugarran actions against the people of this country or maybe those documents were lost to time, there is not much written history that survives to today. It is not known if they had any major shipping ports and there are few documented cities being established in the area. It could be this was merely a slave state that was divided between Ugar to the south and Dreukhica to the north.

Culture

This land was predominately human in the lowlands, with Solchan taking refuge in the woods and numerous Verga calling the hills and mountains home.
