This heading details the Seven Kingdoms along the east coast that were prevalent after the fall of the Solchan Empire, before the return of the Kith-El. Timewise, this loosely covers a span from the fall of the Solchan in 4859 AH to the return of the Kith-El in 1521 AH; about 3338 years. Rather than being identified by any multitude of powers or rulers that held these areas during this time, they are named and described by the most influential ruling body during this span of years.
