Psyklos

This is the word provided by Elinda Bannon. She states that Angus Pangborn -- Chemosh is not maturing fast enough and pieces of it slough off as psychic aberrations. Those pieces are fed the subjects that fail transformation and they are growing into entities of their own. Elinda states that they are feeding them the plague victims from north of Troll Fjord using corridors created by Bron's water steed.

The party calls them "brine beasts" and they are fairly sure one was located under the Hanuman Temple. Also, based on the smell, they are certain it might now be under the Temple of Fortitude, or there is a second one.
