The Lustrum

A group of five priests, elected from the five crofts, that rule the settlement of Vosper's Colony. The current ruling priest is Norak Cordius.

Structure

Five priests, with one as its leader, who manages The Fìf of Vosper's Colony. A new priest is elected every two years to replace one of the other five. Every ten years, the ruling priest is voted out, being replaced by one of the lesser four. These priests report to a Provost, who is the public voice of The Lustrum. The Provost is a lineage title assumed by the eldest living Artair male.

History

Founded in 35 PH after the rioting of the prior year. The Ba'al at that time, O'Cuinn Artair, was tried and executed. The Lustrum was formed and they installed O'Cuinn's son, Kennan as the Provost.
