The youngest son of Kane Pangborn. He is the acting High Teche of the Temple of Fortitude in Troll Fjord.
Born from a difficult birth that resulted in his mother Ethne's death, Cael is a quiet man. Perhaps the circumstances of his birth were responsible, but he pursued a path of faith dedicated to the All-Father and the Life domain. As such, he has never married. His two older brothers are Angus and Bron Pangborn.
