King Blackthorne of Kunger begins actions to conquer the east coast of the Cerulean Sea.

In the fall of this year, and maybe as early as summer, forces of King Blackthorne are consolidated at the north and south ends of the Cerulean, with his navy in wait among the various islands in the Cerulean Sea.
