The survivor from the expedition to Kunger, he served as the first Ba'al of Fort Mothar for the Advent Hegemony.
After the magical destruction of the Kunger army by the mage Abi-Dalzim--an event which creates the Burren--Harrol takes the fight to the resisting enemy. The enemy makes a stand at the Verdon Gorge where Harrol Greycloak and Qara Temür destroy the last of their southern army in the summer of 1 AH (1521 CY). Qara is injured during the battle; a wound that she succumbs to in 1 PH.
