The moment when the All-Father spawned two forms to watch over his creation, namely the land and sea and the lifeforms thereof, as well as humanity.

Casting off two pieces of his essence, the All-Father created Balhūt to rule the oceans and Astoreth to rule the land. This was at the culmination of his creation of the world and everything in it; sea, land, night, day, moon, dark, flora, fauna, and humanity.
