The All-Father's greatest creation, man, is tempted by evil and succumbs. Humanity is cursed with death and hell unless they seek salvation through the All-Father.
The All-Father created humanity to enjoy his world and they are tempted by evil. The accuracy of this tempting is lost to time, but religious texts detail it as a tempting of the first woman. Her sin cast the die for all of mankind and humanity is banished from the easy and fruitful life they knew. Humanity now has to toil for its reward and show adoration to the All-Father to gain salvation.
