Earthquake at Oak Tree Fjord

An earthquake strikes the area of Ravehd's Plunge, destroying the island in the River Eamon and causing horrific loss of gnome and halfling life. The demihuman settlement of Oak Tree Fjord is destroyed.

After the earthquake, dwarvish engineers and human spellcasters rebuild the island and move the city of Troll Fjord onto the island, making a fortified city to guard the north and protect the Hegemon.
