The leader of the Kith-El dies and his son Ravehd assumes command of the Kith-El.

Nusa is laid to rest in a cave at the headwaters of the Violare River and Ravehd leads the Kith-El into the Covenant Land. The Kith-El stop to worship the All-Father and absolve themselves of sin before heading farther north. This marks their new year, with ten days of worship called Peren culminating on day eleven in the Feast of Unity. Ravehd and the Kith-El reach the Covenant Land after another three months.
