The Enchanters Guildhall
Travelers through Ujen's rich Seaward district may take notice of the out of place squat, gray building sitting on a hill with a single tower on its North Eastern side. They may find its patchwork walls of burns or rebricked stone tell a tale of many disasters. If they approach the large radial door, they may be surprised by the appearance of a magical mouth asking their name and purpose. If they answer true, and are deemed worthy, they may be allowed to enter the Enchanter's Guildhall.
The lobby to the guildhall is a large semi-circular room. It has been described as alternatively containing only a single table and pitcher of water, a large water feature with endlessly running water, a series of portraits which cajole visitors for information about the outside world, and a dozen other variations. From this room eight doors lead to meeting areas and deeper into the guildhall. To visitors they remain locked until invited further. It is ill advised to go exploring on one's own.
Services
Arrangements can be made at the guildhall to comission a variety of enchanted items. The guild sets standard fees for common magical items. Things of a more bespoke nature follow a set of guidelines, but allow a level of descretion on the guildmember's part. Identifying found items is another service offered at the guildhall. This includes a promise of strict confidentiality. Contracts and tutiledge can also be arranged, if a guildmember is available for work or sponsorship. Documents regarding such arrangements are required to be filed with the guild at the guildhall and are kept in the hall records.Resources
The guild keeps a steady stock of common regeants available at the guildhall and general tools, which can be used on site or borrowed for a time. Occasionly some less common regeants are available. Rarer ones, if on hand, may be given with the expectation of a sizeable donation or service to the guild. The hall has several enchanting laboratories available to members, a large library, and a few spare sleeping quarters. It is a place of refuge for the members and while it may not be a pleasure palace, it is comfortable. Several high ranking members of the guild retain dedicated rooms and offices within the building.
