The domineering Cosmina Vitorica had nearly as much influence over the rise of Eclipse International as did the corporation's actual figurehead, her husband Pantera Djernina. A brilliant and influential woman, briefly a Consul at the head of the Department of Research, Cosmina's witty networking and sharp intuition were vital to EI's success.
