The Tulin Dominion (TOO-LIN)

The old great empire of Hesi'Thaczil. The rulers of the Dominion were descend from shining men that had mixed their blood with that of normal humans.
Founded in the year 2980 of the Old Age. The Tulin's ruled over much of Hesi'Thaczil. Their lands included The Ruined Dominion, what is now Eshana, and the red wastes.
They worshipped gods no longer venerated in Hesi'Thaczil and detested Chromatic Dragonborn for their worship of Tiamat.
The last days of the Dominion were marked with rebellion, the royal families cruelty toward the people of Hesi'Thaczil, and a general unease. It was said the Emperor of the Tulins had delved into dark magics in attempts to extend his life and his power. It would all come to an end in the New Age, when Ezer the Eater appeared to claim the Tulin's wealth. He consumed the emperor and rampaged until the Dominion was reduced to the state it is in today.
The people of Hesi'Thaczil quickly rebelled and removed any Tulin Emperor pretender immediately. The survivors of the empire were driven out of Hesi'Thaczil eventually forming the city-state of Trode in Vestri. Their former vassals went on to found the nations and city-states of Hesi'Thaczil today.
