Attitude Toward Piracy

Those in and around the Pirate Cove and the city of S'teripe do more than turn a blind eye to the doings of their maritime plundering inclined neighbors of P'crah; receiving so much commercial benefit from trade with the Archipelago. The rest of R'teuf, especially T'nerep, views piracy as a scourge to be cleaned.
