The Joined Dinoterrans look like a humanoid form of the Saurians (dinosaur). There are many variations, just as there are dinosaurs. Even the Carnisaurs have an evolved form of the Joined. The most common types are Tyrannosaurus, Stegasaurus, Brachiosaurus, Troodon, Parasaurolophus, Pteranodon, Chasmosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Raptor variations, etc.

Some believe that the Sunstones altered their physiology/evolved them while they were in close proximity to the stones' radiation. No one knows if this is true, but this is the working hypothesis. These scientists also believe that the Ancients were lured underground to save them from the cataclysm that was caused by a "meteor" impact. Some think there is a link between the sunstones and the Krystals, it is known that the Atlantean used Krystals in their technology. So it's not much of a stretch to assume that the various types of crystals on the planet could be related.

This advanced Dinoterran, Saurian race, also uses crystal technology that they believe was gifted to them by the spirits in the World Beneath and also psionics. They were given an understanding of how things work, curiosity, creativity, and the drive to build things. This helped them build their civilization. It took them over a thousand years to evolve into their joined form after they traveled from below. They soon covered much of Dinoterra in their expanding civilization.

Mostly at peace with each other. There were a few skirmishes with other cities and nations, the only problems they had was with the Dinoterran, Carnisaur soon discovering that they could build a network of Sunstones to keep the Carnisaurs at bay.

Average technological level

Their technology was very advanced, but also clean. Their machines used steam, solar, psionic, clockwork, and electric technology. Also using bicycles, cars, airships, submarines, etc. Many of their machines where works of art appearing to be items from the Rennaisance or even Victorian Age, but hiding an advanced technology underneath.

Common Myths and Legends

• Knut: Mother goddess of the starry sky, the night, moon, and creation. She was the mother of all other gods, and is often portrayed as beams of light or a crystalline form.
• Horus: Pteranodon headed god, with a feathered collar. Sky, wind, fire, all flying things.
• Sobek: Crocodile headed god, water, time, and death.
• Marul- An early triceratops headed god one of the most important deities in ancient Dinoterra. Sun, sky, and protection. He often has a glowing sunstone affixed to his headshield.
• Ippy - A goddess, she is depicted as a chasmosaurus or a combination of it, a crocodile, human female, and tyrannosaurus, most often with a t-rex head, chasmosaurus body, human arms, crocodile feet; she often changes these saurian body parts around, same components but with different saurians. She goddess of fertility, balance, and justice.
